Subscriptions
Spendemon is offered as a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
14-day goodwill refund
Swiss law does not require a statutory right of withdrawal for B2B software subscriptions. However, as a goodwill policy, new subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment if they are not satisfied.
To request a refund, contact us at tavernini.online/contact with your subscription email address. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
:::note EU customers If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, which we honour. :::
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we have reasonable grounds to believe the subscription was used in bad faith or in violation of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing tavernini.online/contact. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and your access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
